I’m Debby — a family photographer based in Bearsden, proudly capturing the everyday moments and milestone memories that matter most. I trained with some of the world’s leading newborn and baby specialists to ensure that every session is handled with the highest standards of safety and care. That training, combined with my natural patience (I’m Mummy to three boys), means I know how to put children at ease and create an atmosphere where genuine moments can unfold. My approach is warm, personal and child-led. Sessions are gently guided rather than forced — I work with your child’s mood and timing, using playful prompts and a calm, reassuring manner to coax smiles and natural interaction. Whether we’re capturing toddlers mid-giggle, a sibling embrace, or quiet parent-and-baby portraits, my goal is to create images you’ll feel proud to display and love to look back on. Studio comfort and styling are part of the experience. My studio is fully equipped with a variety of backdrops, props and a client wardrobe so families can focus on each other rather than logistics. I’ll take time before your shoot to talk through styling and ideas, so when you arrive everything feels ready and relaxed. While family photography is my core focus, I also capture children’s milestones across those early years — from newborn details and sitter portraits to first-birthday celebrations. Every session is tailored to your family’s story and shot with a mix of posed and natural documentary-style images to give you a timeless, varied gallery.
