I'm Grace — a specialist family photographer based in Hinckley, working from my cosy Burbage studio and on location across Leicestershire. Family photography is my core focus: I love chasing real life, celebrating the messy, joyful chaos of childhood and turning those tiny moments into images you’ll want to live with on your walls. My approach is intentionally relaxed and informal. I’m a very relaxed photographer with an “anything goes” vibe — whether we’re braving an outdoor shoot in a favourite park or settling into a snug studio session, I aim to create a calm, easy atmosphere where everyone can be themselves. That means fewer staged poses and more candid connection: natural giggles, quiet cuddles, the way a toddler bursts into runaway laughter. Clients often tell me how comfortable I make them feel (I’ve even been called a ninja for how quietly I work!), and that ease shows in the images. I specialise in family sessions that include newborns, babies and children, and I tailor each shoot to the family in front of me. For studio sessions I create a warm, welcoming set-up that encourages snuggles and honest moments; for outdoor shoots we use gentle prompts and playful games to capture personality without pressure. I also offer sitter, bump-to-baby and first-year storytelling in a way that keeps the family at the heart of every frame. How I work: we start with a friendly chat so I can understand what matters to you — favourite locations, treasured rituals, the little details you want to remember. On the day I keep things flexible and fun, helping even the most camera-shy children relax.
