I’m Elle — a Hazel Grove photographer who specialises in family photography with a relaxed, documentary-led approach. My work centres on real life: the tiny, unpolished moments that say so much about who you are as a family. Candid is my favourite — I love capturing laughter that wasn’t prompted, sleepy newborn snuggles, and the small, messy details that become treasured memories. I believe the best family photos come when people feel comfortable and themselves. Whether we’re in your home, out on an outdoor adventure, or in my cosy Romiley studio, I aim to create a warm, low-pressure atmosphere where kids can be kids and parents can relax. With gentle guidance rather than stiff posing, I follow your family’s rhythm — I’ll help with simple direction when needed, but mostly I watch, nudge, and click at the moments that feel true. Natural light is at the heart of my style. I favour soft, timeless edits that highlight genuine connection over overly styled images. From newborn and baby sessions to shoots for children, baptisms, communions and birthday milestones, my goal is the same: to tell your family’s story honestly and beautifully. I also provide a little extra comfort during sessions — tea, coffee and a friendly smile go a long way when settling little ones. I’m a parent myself, so I know how unpredictable family life can be. That experience informs how I work: patient, flexible and ready to follow the children’s lead.
