I’m Laura — a Hadleigh-based family photographer who specialises in capturing honest, natural family moments you’ll love for years to come. Family photography is my core focus: I’m passionate about documenting the small, everyday connections as well as the big, laugh-out-loud moments that make your family uniquely yours. My approach is calm, gentle and relaxed — designed to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera so the real interactions can shine. I work in a warm studio environment in Hadleigh and I also love the freedom of outdoor shoots across Essex. Whether we’re wandering a beach at golden hour, exploring bluebell woods or using soft studio light, my aim is the same: to create timeless, natural portraits that reflect character, personality and relationship. I favour light, neutral tones and candid storytelling rather than forced poses, so your photos look and feel like you. Before any shoot we’ll have a friendly chat to discuss your ideas and making sure everyone is at ease. On the day I lead with simple prompts and playful games for children — nothing awkward, just easy direction that brings out genuine smiles and interactions. For parents who prefer to step back, I’ll capture the candid moments while you enjoy being together. I’m used to photographing all stages of family life, from newborn cuddles and baby milestones to children’s personalities and whole-family portraits, always with patience and an emphasis on comfort.
