Planning is part of my process. I like to discuss locations, clothing tones and the feel you want beforehand so the session flows naturally on the day. I always recommend light, simple clothing without busy patterns or logos so the attention stays on your faces. If we shoot at home, send me a few photos of the rooms in advance so I can plan the best spaces and lighting. I prefer to work with natural light and will choose the time of day that brings the softest, most flattering light to your session. On the day I aim to make the session feel like a relaxed family moment rather than a formal appointment. I encourage play, movement and interaction — this is when the authentic expressions appear. Safety, patience and a calm environment are important, and I work at the children’s pace so everyone feels comfortable. After the shoot I carefully edit each picture and provide fully retouched images, delivered promptly so you can share and enjoy your photos without a long wait.
