Hi, I’m Christina — the face behind Fish 2 Photography based in Fulwood (Preston, Lancashire). Family photography is at the heart of what I do: I love creating relaxed, natural, personality-filled sessions that let your family be themselves. Whether it’s playful photos with the kids, cosy newborn cuddles or a classic family portrait, my aim is always the same — to capture honest moments you’ll return to again and again. Why choose me? I’m a mum and I genuinely get what family life looks like: the funny faces, the tiny routines, the in-between moments that mean everything. I build a friendly, calm atmosphere from the moment we meet — usually a chat, a few dinosaur or TV-show conversations with the little ones, and then we get on with making memories. That relaxed approach helps even camera-shy children and nervous parents feel at ease, so their real personalities shine through in the images. My style is natural and unobtrusive. I love candid interaction — running, tickles, whispered jokes and big belly laughs — and I’ll also guide you gently into simple, comfortable poses when we want that more composed family portrait. For newborns, I work at your pace and on your baby’s schedule: gentle, patient sessions that prioritise cuddles and calm so we capture those first tender days. The process is straightforward and friendly. We’ll chat about what you’d like, pick a location you love (or I can come to your home for a newborn session), and I’ll make sure everyone feels relaxed and has fun.
