S.E.A Photography is a family-run studio based near Chichester that specialises in family photography. Founded in 2008 and run by Steph & Shaun, we believe in capturing the magic in everyday moments and turning them into timeless images you’ll cherish. Family sessions are at the heart of what we do — from playful outdoor portraits to intimate in-home newborn and maternity shoots — and our work is shaped by a genuine love of photographing families and children. Our style leans toward natural, relaxed portraits that celebrate real connections rather than stiff, posed shots. We explore Hampshire’s beautiful settings — coastlines, forests, lakes and historic backdrops — to create images with atmosphere and light, but we’re equally comfortable working in the comfort of your own home for newborn and baby-led sessions. How we work: our sessions are relaxed, friendly and tailored to your family. For newborn and baby photography we follow a baby-led approach — allowing breaks for feeds and changes and staying until we’ve captured the images you want. For family and children’s sessions we create a playful atmosphere, encouraging interaction and natural moments that show personality and relationship. You’ll be guided gently throughout; our aim is to make everyone feel at ease so genuine smiles and quiet moments can be captured. Our process continues after the shoot with careful editing — Photoshop and retouching are specialities we use subtly to enhance your images while keeping them true to the moment. Galleries are delivered online so you can view and share your photos easily. We’re proud to be based in Chichester and to work across Hampshire, bringing a warm, family-led approach to every shoot.
