I’m Rebecca — a Broadstairs-based family photographer with a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Photography and a love for documenting family life as it really is. My work centres on relaxed, natural‑light family photography that celebrates connection, emotion and the little, unnoticed details that make your family unique. Why choose me? My style is informal and gentle. I give light direction when it helps, but mostly I watch and wait for those natural exchanges — siblings sharing a secret, the way a parent cradles a child, or the small expressions that tell a bigger story. I pay attention to texture, tiny hands and sleepy smiles, because these are the images you’ll want on your walls and in your family album for years to come. How I work with you: we begin with a short chat so I can learn about your family, routines and the moments you want to remember. On the day I keep things relaxed and flexible around children’s needs, allowing time for breaks, play and comfortable pacing. After the session I carefully select and hand-edit images to create a cohesive, timeless collection that reflects your family’s personality. While my primary focus is family photography, I’m happy to include babies, newborns and your much‑loved pets within family sessions — I believe every member of the family tells part of your story.
