I specialise in family photography from my base in Bournemouth, covering Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Over the past 15 years I’ve built a body of work that celebrates real family life: the small smiles, the lively chaos of children, the quiet connections between generations. My approach is all about authenticity — creating a relaxed atmosphere so you can be yourselves and I can capture the moments that matter. Whether you prefer the natural backdrops of the coastline and New Forest countryside for an outdoor portrait or the clean controlled light of the studio (studio sessions are available on Sundays), I tailor each session to suit your family. I bring a mix of documentary-style moments and carefully crafted portraits: candid shots that show personality and composed images that will sit proudly on your wall. My background photographing ballroom and latin dance has given me a particular eye for movement and light, which helps when photographing energetic children and playful family interactions. I like to keep things simple and honest. My All Inclusive Packages are designed to give you real choice when assembling an album or wall art, without hidden surprises. Before the shoot we’ll have a friendly chat to understand what you want to remember — favourite locations, the ages and personalities of your children, whether you’d like informal lifestyle images or a more posed family portrait. On the day I focus on creating a relaxed, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable and parents can enjoy the session. While family photography is my core focus, I also work with related requests—studio portraits, outdoor sessions and I’m happy to include pets in family shoots if that’s important to you. I travel for local bookings across the BCP area and bring practical experience of working with babies and young children so sessions run smoothly.
