I specialise in family photography in Bletchley and the wider Milton Keynes area, focusing on the honest, everyday moments that make your family unique. My work is light and colourful, earthy and natural — a style I developed from a love of people, fashion as a spectator, and a background in graphic design and photography. Having three children of my own (they were my first — and sometimes most patient — models), I know how to work with little ones, new babies and the beautiful chaos of family life. Why choose me? I prefer as little rigid planning as possible — that allows me to be creative and responsive to what’s happening on the day. Whether we meet in my studio or wander a favourite local park, I look for light, natural gestures and candid moments that feel timeless rather than forced. My priority is to create an easy atmosphere where children can be children and parents can relax. How I work: I like to talk with you beforehand about what you imagine — wardrobe ideas, locations and any special moments you want captured — but I’m equally comfortable if you want to leave things to me. On the shoot I stay calm and flexible, using gentle prompts and playful interaction to bring out natural expressions. For newborns and very young children I move slowly and patiently, creating a safe, comforting environment so we get beautiful, honest images without stress. My process continues after the shoot with careful selection and thoughtful editing to retain the feel of the day.
