My philosophy is simple: to create and preserve as many family memories as possible. Based in Bicester, I specialise in family photography with a gentle, laid-back approach that helps real families be themselves in front of the camera. I’ve been photographing families for many years and bring a storyteller’s eye to every shoot. I work in a relaxed, modern style — playful, natural and timeless — so the images you receive feel like honest snapshots of your life rather than staged portraits. Whether we’re chasing light through the fields, capturing the tiny details in my cosy studio or documenting everyday moments in your home, I aim to reflect the relationships and personality that make your family unique. My sessions are about connection, not perfection. I love working with children and babies, using simple prompts and playful games to spark real smiles and natural expressions. For newborns and babies I offer a calm studio environment with soft music, low-level lighting and gentle props to keep little ones comfortable. Outdoors, I’ll suggest locations around Oxfordshire that suit your family and the season, but I’m equally happy to come to your home if that’s what works best for you. How I work: we’ll start with a friendly phone consultation so I can learn about your family, answer questions and advise on clothing and locations. On the day I create a relaxed atmosphere — no pressure, just time to be together — and I focus on those small interactions that become your favourite images. After the shoot I carefully edit the gallery from my studio and provide a private, password-protected online gallery so you can view and choose your images in your own time.
